Representing both the founders’ initials and their mission, Gate serves as a gateway to an easier, more fulfilling life.

GRACE BALZARINI
Founding Partner
Grace brings her refined eye for design, interiors, and aesthetics to Gate Property Solutions’ vision of luxury real estate and bespoke living. She also leads client relations and communications, ensuring every interaction reflects Gate’s sense of elegance and authenticity.
With a background in design, Grace spent years in Milan working on high-end events for some of the most renowned fashion and design houses. This experience allowed her to cultivate an extensive network across the creative and luxury industries.
At Gate, she focuses on renovations and interior design, as well as personal and property concierge services, which she oversees together with Tayla. Her strong background in client relations and deep industry connections enable her to curate exceptional experiences and personalized services for every client.

ALEXANDRA BALZARINI
Founding Partner
With a solid educational background and nineteen years of life in Milan, Alexandra combines expertise, sensitivity, and vision in her real estate work. She studied Law at the Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, gaining a solid basis in legal and contractual matters. At twenty-three, she moved to Paris, where she perfected her French and broadened her international outlook.
After becoming a mother of three, Alexandra dedicated several years to her family while nurturing her interest in architecture, design, and living spaces. For the past four years, she has worked with passion and professionalism in real estate, collaborating with some of Milan’s most renowned agencies. Thanks to her deep knowledge of the city, she understands each client’s needs and guides them with discretion and care toward their ideal home. For Alexandra, the true value of a property lies not only in its beauty, but in the comfort, harmony, and lifestyle it offers – just like Milan, the city she calls home.

With a Bachelor’s in International Relations and a Master’s in Communication, Tayla’s background bridges global perspective with refined storytelling. Her career path—spanning advertising, publishing, fashion, and communications—has shaped her understanding of aesthetics, brand experience, and the art of connection.
At Gate, Tayla focuses on curating and expanding the concierge and short-term rental divisions, blending her experience in luxury and communications to craft meaningful stays and seamless experiences for clients. From bespoke event rentals to tailored property services, she works to elevate every detail into something memorable.
